Epi is a senior IT leader with over 25 years of global experience in cyber security, multi‑cloud architecture (Azure and AWS) and IT strategy. He currently serves as Senior Manager — IT Strategy and Cyber Security for a leading Australian property services group, where he runs a multi‑million‑dollar IT portfolio and sustains 99% system uptime.

He has delivered high‑impact programs from securing the Rio 2016 Olympic Games to enterprise digital transformation, OT cyber security for commercial property, and AI integration. His engagements have reduced operational risk by up to 60% and coordinated 150+ stakeholders across complex IoT/OT environments.

Honoured with the Alumni Diamond Medal and recognised as Employee of the Year, Epi is also a former university professor, startup mentor and qualified Australian VET trainer (Cert IV TAE40116). He completed a Master's in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Deakin University in June 2026. Through Raccoonix he leads immersive, industry‑driven bootcamps that develop job‑ready skills across IT, cloud, cyber, AI, unified communications and GRC.

What size of engagement do you take on?
From a focused two‑week assessment through to multi‑month transformation programs. We scope to the outcome, not the headcount — and we'll tell you honestly if the work is better handled by another partner.
Do you work onsite, remote, or hybrid?
Hybrid by default. We're based in Sydney and meet onsite where it matters — workshops, board sessions, cutover weekends. The rest happens remotely so your team isn't paying for travel.
How do you price engagements?
Fixed‑price for defined outcomes (assessments, designs, audits), and day‑rate for delivery work where scope evolves. You'll see the rate, the assumptions and the change‑control rules before we start.
Can you support our existing team rather than replace them?
That's our preference. We coach, document and hand over so you're stronger when we step back. We don't manufacture dependency.
Which frameworks and standards do you align to?
